TechAccelerator directly collects your First Name, Last Name, Business Email Address, Company Name, Country and Phone Number via a registration process and/or via Single Sign On integration with your corporate identity provider (Microsoft Active Directory, OKTA, etc.). We indirectly collect session information via cookies which include IP address, browser string along with other technical details for troubleshooting purposes when there is an issue with your session.

Uses of Your Personal Information

TechAccelerator uses this information to contractually provide our services such as authenticating access for login and to customize the content displayed within the TechAccelerator Portal. We use the data to communicate with you via email to deliver transactional emails, status updates and other non-marketing information. We may use this data to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the TechAccelerator Portal to improve our services.
