TechAccelerator directly collects your First Name, Last Name, Business Email Address and Company Name via a registration process and/or via Single Sign On integration with your corporate identity provider (Microsoft Active Directory, OKTA, etc.). We indirectly collect session information via cookies which include IP address, browser string along with other technical details for troubleshooting purposes when there is an issue with your session.

Uses of Your Personal Information

TechAccelerator uses this information to contractually provide our services such as authenticating access for login and to customize the content displayed within the TechAccelerator Portal. We use the data to communicate with you via email to deliver transactional emails, status updates and other non-marketing information. We may use this data to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the TechAccelerator Portal to improve our services.

Sample data is provided in many lab environments. Our poilcy prohibits the uploading of production or sensitive data which may include corporate secrets, and/or personally identify an individual (such as names, social security numbers, email addresses, or any similar data), or data that permanently identifies a particular device (such as a mobile phone's unique device identifier if such an identifier cannot be reset), even in hashed form. If you upload any data that violates this policy your TechAccelerator account can be terminated.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Profile' page. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties.
